Kelly Hriesik

BIO
Kelly Hriesik is a Certified Nurse Practitioner who is dedicated to treating each patient as a whole by
recognizing patients are not just a symptom or a number. Kelly believes that each patient deserves
individualized care at a personal level.
Kelly started her medical expertise in 1998 graduating from North Central State College with an
Associate in Pharmacy Technology, and then gained her Nursing degree in 2002. She worked bedside in
a hospital helping patients through their stay. During her Nursing career, she accomplished many
certifications and instructor roles. She then attended Ohio University and gained her Baccalaureate
Degree in Nursing in 2015. Shortly after, advancing her knowledge by obtaining a Master’s of Nursing
Practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2018. Since obtaining this certification, she has worked to help
patients through new and chronic diagnoses by providing education and personalized care.
Kelly most recently obtained a certification in Integrative and Functional Nutrition, which has been a
passion of hers for several years. With this certification, she is knowledgeable in assisting patients in
trouble shooting their symptoms in a holistic and nutritional path. Her belief is that our health is directly
related to our nutritional background, whether from recent or long-term situations.
When she is not directly caring for patients, Kelly can be found in the outdoors with her family and
friends. She frequents her camper and off-road vehicles, and enjoys the serenity the fresh air provides.

Dr. Zaika
BIO
Dr. Zaika is a native of Lucas, Ohio and has been in practice since 1992. He graduated from Temple Christian in 1986. He received his Doctor of Chiropractic from Life University in 1992.
He was also elected President of the Ohio State Chiropractic Association representing over 3000 Doctors of Chiropractic. He is also the past president of the Mid-Ohio Chiropractic Association. Dr Zaika has received various awards from the O.S.C.A. including being named The Chiropractor of the Year in 2010. He is a member of the American Chiropractic Association and the Ohio State Chiropractic Association. Dr. Zaika is experienced in lecturing on the subject of alternative comprehensive medicine. Dr. Zaika is also actively involved in community service throughout the area.

Dr. Ballitch
BIO
Dr. Ballitch is a native of Mansfield, Ohio and graduated from Mansfield Christian High School in 2009. Dr. Ballitch attended Cedarville University where he acquired a Bachelor’s degree in Allied Health in 2013. He went on to earn his Doctorate of Chiropractic at Life University in Marietta, Georgia in 2017, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
Dr. Ballitch exudes a passion for athletes and strives to help them reach their optimum potential through injury prevention, nutrition and exercise.
He specializes in sports and pediatric chiropractic via diversified and activator method techniques and is excited to be serving the community that he grew up in.

Dr. King has recent relocated to Mansfield from Annapolis, Maryland where he practiced for 5 years. Dr. King attended The Pennsylvania State University and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology in 2012. He received his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life University in Marietta, Georgia in 2017, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
Dr. King enjoys working with everyone from prenatal care to the more senior population. When Dr. King’s wife became pregnant with their child a few years ago, he discovered a passion for prenatal chiropractic care.
Dr. King utilizes both diversified and activator technique depending on the patients needs.
